Step 3: We assess and show you what we’re seeing. When we arrive, we inspect the flue and give you a written price before any work starts. That’s a Kingswell rule: the price is on paper before a single tool comes out. If the work can wait, we’ll tell you that plainly.
Step 4: The work gets done and the place stays clean. We sweep, we show you the flue when we’re finished, and we leave your hearth cleaner than we found it.
